The mixture made 32 brownies when I used about a tbs of mixture for each of them. This works out at 15 cals each
You can make them vegan with:
60ml almond milk (9 calories)
200g soya yogurt (200 calories)
Chia seed egg (50 calories)
These are insanely good you don’t even understand, when I gave one to my mum she thought it was a normal brownie. Microwave and pair with some 0 cal vanilla ice cream and you have the ultimate sweet treat.
So I decided to make my own. And it’s 10x less the amount of the Starbucks version: 38 calories. And you know what, it tastes really fuckin good!! So without further ado:
Ingredients:
-1 cup unsweetened almond milk (30)
-¼ cup coffee (2)
-1 Tbsp pumpkin puree (6)
-½ tsp pumpkin pie spice
-½ tsp cinnamon
-½ tsp vanilla
-sweetener
Directions:
Mix milk and pumpkin puree in a small pot on low heat until combined. Mix in rest of ingredients and cook for 5 more minutes. Using a fine strainer, pour mixture into a mug. And you’re all done!!
Notes:
-I used 3 Splenda packets to sweeten mine. You can use more/less- whatever you like
-If you don’t strain the mixture, your going to be sucking up the spices and it will make the drink significantly less enjoyable so yeah lol
-ICED VERSION: just throw all the ingredients in a blender and pour over ice! Don’t forget to strain that shit!
